Each piece is crafted with intention and care. Should you wish to make a return, we accept items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, all items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, including dust bag and tags. We kindly reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@zuechofficial.com with your order number. Our team will provide return instructions.

Return shipping fees are not covered by us and remain the responsibility of the client.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit; we recommend a trackable and insured shipping method.
If a return does not meet our condition standards (unused, in original packaging), the item may be returned to the client at their expense
Custom pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund. In cases of late or missing refunds, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times may vary.
